SFR Optimizes In-Store Customer Experience

A new SFR store (Saint-Pierre, Reunion Island) has just installed an ESII customer journey management solution to improve in-store customer experience.
 
When they arrive, the customer selects their visit purpose on the DISEO™ touchscreen ticket dispenser (Purchase / Information, Professional, Support). They are provided with a call ticket. When it is their turn, they are called on one of the three LED Display™ installed in the store. 
 
With this easy-to-use solution (for both the salespersons and customers), actual and perceived wait is decreased and SFR improves customer experience and satisfaction.
