For many years, we have been working with several health software publishers to make our solutions interoperable for a smooth and global patient journey.
We have carried out numerous interfaces so that our solutions can automate patient direction and their admission, including integrations with patient portals.

We use the queue management solution to supervise all reception activity, both from the point of view of the quality of admonistrative management of the patient (waiting time by type of flow monitored in real time, monthly dashborads, etc) and the management of reception teams (distribution of workload, organization of schedules depending on flows, etc).
In a joint work, ESII and our software editor have installed in a few months a reception with kiosk for outpatients which supports in autonomy 20% of the external flow now.
For the reception staff, the kiosks lighten the pressure during peak traffic and allow to make patients reception interview in better conditions, for which a human intervention and an expertise is needed. The working conditions are therefore improved.
Following the installation of 7 kiosks in the 3 sites of the ASZ Aalst Hospital, the queue lines at the counters have considerably decreased (more than 50%).
The collaboration after the installation is going very well and the services offered exceed our expectations.
