A pharmacy selects the reception in SaaS mode

Context

In the city of Torcy, in Paris region, the Pharmacy Khun has decided to use our Orion queue management software in SaaS mode, so the staff always has an up to date solution and adaptable at any time depending on the reception needs. This is a useful feature now that reception conditions change regularly because of the Covid-19 crisis.

Installation

The reception is made simply on the connected kiosk Keo™, on which the customer selects the purpose of his visit on the touchscreen. He has the choice between a paper ticket or a text message ticket; in that case he enters his phone number. He gets a number in the queue line, so he can browse the drugstore before being called through a video screen. The 13 counters of the pharmacy are equipped with the Orion solution, reachable with a browser, to call the next patient.
