Reception with ticket in pharmacy

Context

The pharmacy Espace Coty in Le Havre wanted to install a queue management system after moving to a new 2500 square meters premises. Consulted for the occasion, ESII suggested a reception system with ticket.

Installation

3 Diseo™ kiosks installed in the pharmacy allow the patient to select the purpose of their visit (with prescription, without prescription, PRM…) and to take a numbered ticket. Moreover, 2 video screens of 65’’ are installed in order to call the customers by their numbers. This system manages easily the waiting line of the 19 counters available and avoids running order conflicts.

In the back-office, 4 LED screens display the longest waiting time of the patients in the pharmacy. If a critical level is reached, an audible warning is emitted. This system allows pharmacists and assistants to provide additional support in case of large crowd.
