Advanced search

Easily find a visitor using the search bar in the “Reception” module.

The search is done on:
– the name
– ticket number
– phone number
– appointment time

The search also allows you to find:
– canceled apointments (scheduled for today)
– visitors declared as “no-show”
And the advisor can receive these visitors.

Input mask on customized fields

It is now possible to control the format of customized fields.

The configuration is done via the “Administration” module, “Customization” menu, “Fields” tab. Only for text-type fields via a reggex.

To know how to write a regex, please refer to the various sites on the internet.

This control works in text-type customed fields in all modules (appointment booking, reception, agenda…).

 

Translatable workstation label

You can now define a workstation label in several languages, without having to define the oftehn identical translation for every workstation. You will be able to use the identifier and call label separately for presentations.

The description of the workstation is divided into 2 parts :
– A translatable “denomination” part that is configured in the “Administration” module,”Customization” menu, “Workstation denomination” tab.
For example “Poste”,”Desk”,”Puesto”

– An “Identifier” part. For example “1”,”2″,..

 

The display for the visitor is the concatenation of the 2 in the language of the visitor, for example “Workstation A” or “Desk A”.
The display is the same everywhere except on LEDDisplay and LCDDisplay in portrait layout where only the identifier is displayed.

For existing accounts, the current label is in the “Identifier” field. If you want to benefit from the translation, you must modify your workstations.
Also, the import of items is modified to correspond to this new format; with the addition of the type, general actions of the reception module, etc. Please refer to the example  import file available from the import menu of the “Administration” module.

Distribution of appointments on resources

The objective is to distribute the appointments made among the different agents.

If an appointment is booked and several resources have slots that handle the requested service, then the appointment is assigned to the resource with the fewest appointments (regardless of the service) during the day. If two resources have the same number of appointments to serve, the remaining appointments are randomly allocated.

In the “Controls” tab of the “Appointment booking” menu, the setting appointment distribution allows you to choose between “first availability” (by default) or “Balanced distribution”. This setting has no effect is an advisor has been specifically chosen.

Other features

  • Date of birth filed in the “Reception” module
    The field “date of birth” is now visible in the “Reception” module. The format of the field depends on your country : DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
  • Warn visitor that he will modify his appointment of “back” from the summary page
    When making an appointment, if the visitor uses the “return” function of his browser at the step of appointment confirmation, a message informs him that he will modify his appointment and not make a new one.
  • Automatic checkout login / logoff
    A new parameter on “callunit” allows to automatically login/logoff according to the opening hours of the site.
