You can display an information message on the digital ticket module.

The message is displayed at the very top of the screen on the visitor smartphone when he takes his digital ticket.

Configuration via the communication module.
You can define a message library.
You activate a global message which can be displayed by group of locations or by location.

You can also add an information message to the texts of SMS messages sent following the same procedure.

When you launch the appointment booking from the reception module, you are limited to your group of locations.

This is done in order not to offer too many locations unnecessarily and thus simplify appointments booking by the agent.

You can limit the possibility of proposing a service for making an appointment to one configuration only.

The service will by default only be offered when making an appointment on this configuration in the allowed slots and can only be deactivated but not opened on another configuration.

This is to simplify the configuration of the ranges and avoid errors.

For example, if a service is always limited to the config “INTRANET” then you indicate it at the level of the service and you will not be able to open it by mistake on the INTERNET on a specific slot.

You can now filter on a location group when launching the event registration module using the usual parameter code=<site group code>

If your KEO terminal has the side reader, an option allows you to indicate it in the configuration so that the animation on the screen is in accordance with this layout.

Go to Administration>Equipments and choose “Terminal options” on the kiosk you want.

Only managers will be able to export csv of personal data via the visit or calendar base modules.

A restricted user will not be able to change the date in the reception module.
