Kiosk and video for multi-organizations
When several different organizations occupy the same premises, it is possible for them to use a common reception management solution, without the administrators of one organization seeing the data of the others.
To do this, create a “Location” for each organization within the same account. The locations created must belong to the same locations group.
For the kiosk, check the box “To ask location first (among locations in the kiosk location group)” so that the different organizations (=locations) are displayed before the purposes of visit.
Also, for the video screen, check the parameter “To display calls from all locations in this video location group”.
Important: be sure to set purposes of visit with different call prefixes on each location to avoid duplicate call numbers.
