Orion survey : satisfaction survey module
Your Orion solution now includes a satisfaction survey module. These surveys can be offered :
- on tablet (via a link generated by the module)
- by email/sms at the end of the visit
4 type of questions are available :
- Yes/no
- Smileys
- NPS
- Comment
The same question can be used in several surveys.
In this version, Orion survey module includes the following features :
- Survey setup
- Survey creation
- Reporting
Each survey can be posted on several locations.
The features available will be updated as Orion versions are released.

Do not leave a visitor without an appointment : be notified if a slot becomes available
If no slot is available when making an appointment online, the visitor can enter an email/phone number to be alerted if a slot becomes available.
Every 30 minutes, Orion checks whether a slot is available according to the filters requested by the visitor. Requests are processed by arrival, when a slot becomes available, a message is sent to the first 10 requests concerning the same purposes and group of locations.
Calling visitors with a “call unit”
It is now possible to use your call units to call yours visitors.
To do this, you need to define your units as “PAD08” without RFID.
