We have redesigned the planning module to make it more ergonomic and easy to use.

This new interface is accessible from the home page of your solution in beta test with the basic functions. It will coexist with the current version until the end of the year to allow you to test it and give us your feedback. After this period, it will become the default interface of your Orion solution.

This new interface will also be accessible at this address: esii-orion.com/orion/planning-2/?account=<account code>

When it is online, a redirection will be available from the former URL so your shortcuts remain active.

This feature allows you to receive reception information from Orion (booking an appointment, arrival of a visit, end of a visit, creation of an event, etc.) to send a text message SMS and /or e-mails with your own e-mail server or integrate information into your CRM tool.

Our integration unit will create the connector on your tools from our Orion integration platform.

Concerns only French city halls and government agencies.

The ANTS is the website of the French Republic for the procedures of Identity Card and Passports and allows to obtain a registration number for the pre-requests before the appointment in the city hall.

ANTS is developing a website that will allow citizens to consult the appointment slots available in city halls close to their residence and to be directed to the Orion appointment platform.

If you want to appear on this website, you must fill in the “ANTS reference code” field for each service that corresponds to an appointment for a passport or an ID.

Appointment slots are guaranteed by default for 5 minutes, the API allows them to be unlocked before the 5 minutes have elapsed (API already available, released as a patch on version 6.11).

It is now possible to prohibit the ability to check the option “Choice – Receive a visitor via the list” for one or more workstations.

Reception stations should receive visitors by clicking “Next”.

The setting is made in the “Reception stations” menu of the administration module.

You can also disable other actions such as call the next visitor, create a new visitor or access to the QRCode scan function to indicate the arrival of visitors at events.

• The calculation for CSV exports is now done in blocks of 10,000 elements to allow the export of large volumes of lines without any limit.
• Rate Limiting: the API call is now limited to a maximum of 10 calls/second. A 429 error code is returned if this threshold is exceeded. You must try again after one second.
