Context
Already a client since several years, the Hospital ASZ Aalst in Belgium trusted us again by upgrading its old reception kiosks to the multiservice kiosks Twana™ XL.
Installation
To identify himself, the patient inserts his ID card in the kiosk’s reader. If he is known, he checks some practical information (contact info, family doctor) and takes the label sheets necessary for the consultation.
In case his file is not complete (missing information, unpaid invoices…), the patient is directed to the reception to complete the file.
