ESII Receives The Students of Sorbonne University

ESII Sorbonne
For its inter-university Library, Sorbonne University (Paris) chose to trust ESII expertise. In order to improve student flow management, the eTurnTM solution has been installed.
When they arrive, students take a ticket with call number from a self-service dispenser. Thus, they are free to go to the waiting area. Agents can call the next visitor via a call box. A video screen then broadcasts the call with sound announcement.
Thanks to this solution, reception is improved. Students now are more serene as they do not risk losing their turn.
