« They allowed us to progress thanks to their attentive listening and the flawless responsiveness of their technical team. »

Context

In eastern Belgium, the city of Liège is the capital of the province to which it gives its name. It is a major city with a population of 200,000.

Since 2013, the city has been equipped with a complete citizen journey solution: online appointment booking, identification on a kiosk, dynamic orientation. This installation includes the main City Hall and the 14 district town halls attached to it.

Over the years, the facility has followed the needs of an administration that evolves with the times: opening of an annex town hall, move during the renovation of the Administrative City (2020).

With the work on the Cité Administrative now complete, we have reinstalled the site with a new organization:

  • 2 kiosks on the ground floor for the population service and the second for ID office.
  • 1 kiosk on the 1st floor for the foreigners’ service
  • 1 kiosk on the 2nd floor for social services (CPAS)

Testimonial

Mr. Olivier Duchêne, IT Architecture Manager, looks back on this long-standing collaboration in a testimonial:

“We’ve been working with ESII for many years on queue management, reception kiosks and appointment scheduling.

These allowed us to implement a tailor-made solution adapted to our specific needs. They allowed us to progress thanks to their attentive listening and the flawless responsiveness of their technical team. This close and personalized relationship gives us complete satisfaction.”
