The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of the Republic of Djibouti is an institution created in 2008 by the merger of the National Pension Fund and the Social Protection Organization. It is a public agency that oversees the social well-being of its members through the management of the Universal Health Insurance and the pension system.

To carry out its mission, the CNSS has several buildings, including the brand-new Social Benefits Center, inaugurated in December 2023 by His Excellency the Prime Minister. This new space has been designed to improve the quality of service for all beneficiaries by being a smart space.

ESII participated in this project by installing the Orion solution and interactive kiosks for queuing management and guidance. Here is the testimonial of Mr. Mohamed Khaireh Allaleh – Head of Social Benefits Department at CNSS:

“The advantage of this new space is to improve the quality of service for all beneficiaries, whether they are retirees, work-related accident benefits, family benefits and maternity leave. This space is a smart space. That’s what’s new: today, each person who enters this service goes through smart terminals that allow them to select their service. Based on this, the kiosk issues them a ticket for a queue. The main thing today is to show that the CNSS has improved its service for beneficiaries. »
