Context
The service company Acelys Service Numerique is based in Montpellier since 1997 and is a privileged partner of ESII for reception solutions. Lately, Acelys has equipped its own reception with the new digital reception solution that we named Corporate Kiosk.
Installation
The Corporate Kiosk meets a simple but important need about the traceability of visitor who comes in the facility.
In the case of Acelys, this solution meets ISO 27001 requirements for controlling the comings and goings of external visitors. Gone are the days of paper registers where visitors write their last and first name, and their arrival and departure times. This whole process is now digitalized thanks to the Corporate Kiosk.
This solution consists of a Smart Kiosk and the SaaS mode suite Orion. The visitor arrives at the kiosk and selects the company employee he comes to see. A new page with a form is displayed, where the visitor must fill in the necessary information (first and last name, company). The selected company employee is then notified of the arrival of his appointment.
Benefits
The Corporate Kiosk solution allows to keep a record of all entries in a digital and automatic way, while instantly notifying the employee, which represents an undeniable step forward toward a seamless reception.
