Context
The CHR Sambre et Meuse brings together two hospitals (Sambreville and Namur in Belgium) with a total of 400 doctors, 3,000 staff members, and nearly 700 beds. To improve the flow of patient reception, the Namur site has installer a queue management solution.
Testimonial
The results quickly followed, as explained by Mr. Loïc PARMENTIER, Coordinator of the Central Reception:
“Today, eSirius is fully integrated into our operations. The solution centralizes the management of patient calls. It allows us to better organize flows, allocate resources more efficiently, and have real-time visibility of crowding. The staff quickly adopted the tool.
Since the installation of eSirius, we have observed a clear improvement in patient satisfaction. The perceived waiting time has decreased thanks to digital signage. Patients are better informed, and the journey is more clear.
For the teams, eSirius has brought real comfort and efficiency gains. Reception staff can better anticipate peak times. The system allows us to reduce delays and improves patient handling. All staff members appreciate the ease of use and reliability of the system.
Support from the ESII teams has been impeccable. Deployment was carried out on time, with excellent availability from both technical and commercial contacts. Training was clear and adapted to our needs, which allowed for quick and effective adoption. We particularly appreciated the attentiveness and adaptability of the project team.”
