Context
Since January, Veolia manages the water system for the metropolitan area of Nîmes, which has no less than 95,000 subscribers in 35 municipalities. In order to improve the quality service, the new company Eaux de Nîmes, created for the occasion, wanted a queue management solution to welcome the customers.
Installation
They selected our SaaS solution Orion , that allows to make an appointment on the website and to identify the visitor on a Twana™ ultimate interactive kiosk. The solution also displays the call of the next customer through two 43 inches screens.
