Summary

Agenda : indicate a closed day

It is now possible to close the location for a day directly from the agenda.

A “Close” button has been added to the top of the agenda. When clicked, a window opens, allowing you to specify :

  • a closing date
  • the location concerned
  • a message to be sent to users with appointments and event registrations for the selected day.

Once the closing action has been confirmed, reservation slots are automatically deleted.

Agenda : mass appointment cancellations

In the agenda, a “Cancellations” button allows you to cancel appointments for a given day at a given location.

An additional resource filter is also available.

Once the cancellation has been validated, the reservation slots are automatically deleted.

Reception : send an SMS ticket to the visitor after directing him/her

In the Reception module, it is possible to send an SMS ticket to a visitor after a confirmed appointment with directing him/her via the “Arrived” or “Orientation” buttons.

Kiosk : checking patient file status at appointment identification

For healthcare facilities, when an appointment is identified on the kiosk, an API is used to check whether the patient file is complete or not.

When setting up the kiosk (Administration module>Equipments), when the “File control” box is ticked, a drop-down list allows you to select one purpose for which a ticket will be printed if the patient file is incomplete.

If the file is incomplete, the patient is first direction to the purpose selected on the kiosk, and then to his or her appointment.

Bug fixes & performance improvements

Digital ticket

  • Digital ticket title not taken into account
  • Custom fields appear only on selected purposes

 

Reception

  • Display two “Cancel” buttons during visitor interview
  • Random error message « The visitor is being received by antoher station »
  • SMS call is not senf if country flag is selected by hand for phone number

 

Reception/Agenda

  • Revalidate an appointment that has arrived on Agenda removes it from the list of appointments that have arrived

  • Forced manual mode loses calls on hold

  • Confirmation pop-up after deleting an appointment does not appear
