Summary
Appointment making by the user: new presentation of filters
The filters are now displayed on the left of the screen during appointment making by the service user/customer in an area that can be hidden to display more days
This enables to :
– eventually have more filters
– gain space at height
– display or not the filters, and thus display the time slots available over a full week when the are reduced
Digital ticket: display of attendance and call time
It is now possible to display or not the attendance on the digital ticket.
Another option also allows to display or not the call time on the digital ticket.
To set these options: Administration>Digital ticket>Controls.
Event: message in case of modification or deletion
In case of cancellation of an event or modification of its date / time or the location, an explanatory message can be entered in a pop-up window, which will be specified in the eMails sent to the registrants.
Storage and anonymization of data
The two data retention and anonymization parameters are now adjustable in days and no more in months, which allows you more fine tuning.
To set these parameters, go to Administration>Organization>Global>Data protection.
