Context
The Daikin company contacted us to improve the visitor’s reception on its booth during the Batibouw tradeshow that took place from March 3 to 7 in Brussels. This show dedicated to the construction & building sector gather each year almost 200,000 business and private visitors.
Installation
To receive in the right order and without stress the visitors, a welcome staff gave the Weasy card to the persons who wanted to see a salesperson regarding their language (French or Dutch). Thus, 2 packs of Weasy were available and recognizable by a different color.
The card informed the customer when it was his turn by buzzing, ringing and by displaying the calling counter on its screen. In total, 10 salespersons could call the visitors.
