Successful integration at the hospital of Cannes

Today, we will discuss about a particular use case where ESII has interfaced a queue management solution with a business solution (hardware and software) of another company.

The hospital of Cannes is equipped with the MihPih admission kiosk (a public actor in the health sector) to manage the patients’ health records. When the patient checks-in, if there a problem with his patient record (unknown appointment, health card not up to date or invalid personal data), he is transferred in the waiting line managed by our solution eSirius™. Our software, on this kiosk, prints a numbered ticket with the problem encountered with the patient record. This is possible thanks to the webservices and the integration between the two solutions.

Then our queuing system takes care of the patient journey with a unique ticket number: the patient waits before to be called by his number trough video screens in the waiting room.

Thanks to the opening of our software, ESII can interface them with most of the business solutions already installed in the premises of a customer. So, we offer a dynamic and communicative solution that facilitates the staff daily work.
