Reception improved at the City Hall and happy users

The City Hall of Le Havre wanted to upgrade its user journey to meet its users’ expectations.

In this new user journey, the citizen makes an online appointment on the city hall website. In the hall, he checks-in on the Diseo™ kiosk thanks to an appointment code and he waits until he is called by a counselor through a video display. If he doesn’t have an appointment, he selects the service he wants to access on this interactive kiosk.
