Calculation of waiting time on the Phygital Kiosk
The call time before the visitor hangs up is counted as waiting time on the Phygital Kiosk .
Voice synthesis
Vocalization of pages titles on the kiosks when text-to-speech is activated. As a reminder, text-to-speech can be activated or deactivated on each kiosk, in the “Equipements” tab on the “Administration” module.
Reception
Giving a digital ticket from the “Reception” module
It is possible to choose the type of ticket given to the visitor when he is directed towards another workstation from the Reception module.
The possible ticket types are configured for each workstation. If the digital ticket is chosen, a QR code to be scanned appears on the workstation.

Equipment : backlight signage
Your Orion solution now supports our latest LED backlight signage for quick and easy identification of the calling counter or desk.
To association a backlight signage with a workstation, go to the “Reception workstations” tab in your “Administration” module, then select the right ID for each workstation.
The color of the backlight signage changes as follows:
- workstation connected=green
- calling=flashing green
- interview=red
- end of interview=green
