Reception : direct a visitor to another agent
It is now possible to direct walk-in visitor or a visitor with an appointment to a specific agent.
In the reception module, you can direct a visitor to an agent who is logged in and who can deal with the service requested.
Administration : customised permissions profile per agent
Manage Orion user permissions more precisely. Give agents a customised role with personalised permissions profiles.
Create your own profiles and define the possible accesses for the “Administration” module.
Then assign the profile to your users.
Setting permissions is reserved for account administrators.
To create a new profile, go to the ‘Role’ tab in the Users menu in your Administration module.
Event : manage participation from the list view
The event list view is available from the calendar module.
From this view, when you click on an event, a window opens in edit mode for the selected event, allowing you to :
– add/delete a registrant
– modify a registrant’s details
– indicate a registrant as “Arrived”.
The other fields are read-only.
Kiosk : display of call number and/or visitor name
Display of call number and/or user name when printing the ticket on the new kiosk ergonomics.
No additional settings are required, simply tick “New ergonomics” in your hardware settings: Administration module>Equipments.
