Events list view
In the agenda, a button opens a view with the list of events.
Several filters are available :
– topic
– type
– location group
– location
– date (start/end)
For each event, statistics are directly visible in the list :
– number of open seats
– percentage of registrations
– percentage of attendees
Creation of a “Global Event” in the agenda
It is now possible to create an event for all the locations, visible regardless on the location filter in “Animations”.
When creating the event in the agenda, check the “Global event” box. Global events on a particular location are no longer visible in another location is selected in the “Location” filter.
Kiosk
Offer users an appointment when waiting time is too long
Define a maximum waiting time beyond which users will be invited to make an appointment if they wish.
The user is informed of the waiting time and can choose between taking a ticket or making an ppointment by scanning a QR code displayed of the kiosk screen.
Impossible to take a ticket if the location’s closing time is likely to be exceeded
A setting is available on the equipment in the Administration module, simply check the box “Prohibit ticket taking if closing time will be exceeded”. When the user comes to the kiosk to take a ticket, if waiting time + processing time exceed the closing time, the “I understand” button sends the user back to the homepage.
A QR code enables the user to make an appointment (in the same location, if the purposes of visit are available for appointment).

– The SMS balance is credited at the end of each month (instead of being reduced according to consumption)

– Test page in account administration does not send SMS messages
