Agenda V2
The V2 agenda is functional and available now. It definitely replaces the first version of the agenda.
In this new agenda you will have the possibility to discover the mobile mode and the confirmation messages during deletions and modifications.
New for the ANTS website
On the official website for making appointments for passports and identity cards, the ANTS has added the notions of purposes and number of people concerned. These notions are now taken into account by Orion.

Voice transcription
From now on, hearing-impaired users will be able to read what an agent is saying on a display.
This functionality takes place according to this process :
- The agent activates the transcription from the reception module with a new button
- The microphone records the agent during the interview
- Microsoft’s Azure transfers audio to text (customer must configure Azure)
- The text is displayed for the person to read and disappears at the end of the interview
(Available only in French for the moment)
Improved management of reception languages
Only the languages of the organization are proposed, the language is specified only when the visitor is connected.
The visitor’s language is displayed in the list of administrators.
The language of the visitor is specified on the ticket number only if the visitor does not have the same language than the location, the language is now in prefix: C001(EN) becomes EN-C001. Otherwise, the language is not displayed on the ticket.
Other features
- Addition of 2 new languages for the modules intended for visitors: Luxembourgish and Valencian.
- Opening of the UDP ports on the kiosks only if the “video counter” mode is activated.
- The appointment icon now takes the color of the configuration to have a quicker view of the configuration in place.
- Improvement of software quality : slot calculation tests, version upgrade, database reduction, reduction in bandwidth, etc.
