Video appointments through Teams
If you have Teams licenses, you can use this tool for Video meetings instead of the tool integrated in Orion.
WARNING:
- Requires Teams licenses.
- Requires setting on your Teams software. Contact your ESII contact.
IOT flow proxification
Simplification of addresses to open. The prerequisites have changed to limit the addresses to open for the management of equipment (kiosks, video, etc.).
Now the addresses are:
- wss://esii-orion-mq.com:443
- ssl://data.esii-orion-iot.com:8883
- wss://data.esii-orion-iot.com:443
HOW TO:
- We go through a proxy which limits the IP addresses to be authorized outbound
- We no longer have to open lots of dynamic IP addresses

- Reception module accessibility improvements
Some improvements to improve the accessibility of the user reception module. - Improved reception when doing “+ New visitor”
Removal of the “call” button, waiting time, simplification of the visit module. - Revision of the page waiting for a call for an appointment
Improvement to simplify information. - Purchase pickup indicator in the PDF report
The existing indicator is now available in the PDF.
