Modern User Reception at Bordeaux City Hall

On last August 4th, Bordeaux new City Hall opened its doors. Very modern, it has 850 agents and centralizes Family, Education, Over-50s, etc. services.   
To anticipate and better manage daily visitor flows, Bordeaux chose ESII’s solutions for user reception management and digital signage. The market’s most advanced software, eSirius™, was selected. It equips 54 agent workstations and 12 manager workstations.  As soon as they arrive, users can check-in on self-service kiosks that dispense tickets and have a 42” touch screen on each face. Similar kiosks broadcast waiting conditions, next calls and digital signage (NeoPlayer™ solution). At the main reception, agents are equipped with DISEO™ touchscreen dispenser to provide users with a reception ticket and direct them according to their needs.  They are then invited to wait for their turn in the waiting area. For efficient information and direction, 24 LCD Displays were installed above each workstation. 
With this solution, Bordeaux City Hall optimizes the user journey. Waiting conditions and direction are improved, and agents can work in serene conditions.
