A modern reception in Onatel shops in Africa

Onatel, the telecommunications leader in Burkina Faso, installed twenty of its stores with ESII customer flow management solutions.

When they arrive at the store, customers identify themselves on the self-service DISEO™ touch screen dispenser. They select the service of their choice (Sales, Support, Bill Payment) and gets their call ticket. When it is their turn, customers are called on a screen that broadcasts digital signage, the numbers that are called and calling counter.

With this simple and effective solution, waiting times are reduced and the flows of visitors are better managed.

These installations were carried out in partnership with our distributor in Burkina Faso, ARSI.
