EZQ solution was installed in ten Fnac stores in several French cities including Paris, Lille, Lyon and Belgium in Brussels. The solution enables a better customer orientation and a faster checkout process.

Once a check-out is available, the next customer is called through the screen and the announcement sound. The visualization of the available check-out is easy for customers thanks to the orientation map.

Tested and approved by several stores EZQ ™ allows to reduce the waiting time leading to an improved customer satisfaction.
