ESII’s solutions approved by EDF in Guadeloupe

The EDF branches of Bergevin, Milénis Les Abymes, Basse Terre and Morne à L’eau equip their customer reception with ESII’s solutions. To monitor the different branches in real time, the eSirius™ centralized and multiple site solution has been installed.  
For the four branches, the principle is the same. Upon arrival, the customer checks-in on the DISEO™ self-service touch-screen kiosk and selects the visit purpose on the screen. The system automatically supports the request, assigns him/her in the virtual queue and issues a ticket with a call number. 
In the waiting area, a video screen and an electronic display broadcast the call of next customers. When it is their turn, they are called by their number and are received by the EDF staff.
To centrally manage all branches, the map supervision module has been integrated to the solution. Thus, managers can analyze their reception in real time and adjust their resources according to visitor flows
This customer journey management system has improved visitors’ waiting conditions and optimized resource management.
