The British council Oman improves its customer reception

The British Council is an international organization, in charge of educational and cultural exchanges. It chose ESII solutions to improve its customer reception.

When they arrive, customers identify themselves on the self-service DISEO™ touch screen kiosk, located at the entrance. They select the service they need (English classes, IELTS Exams, Attestation, Other services) and take their call ticket. When it is their turn, they are called on an LCD display, which indicates both the call number and the desk to go to.

The eGestat™ software has been installed. The manager has access to real time supervision and to the statistic module that allow predicted and real waiting time for the customers.

With this new solution the British Council better controls its customer reception and improves their experience. Staff resources management is optimized with real time supervision.
