Context
The Bandel pharmacy wants to offer to the customer a pleasant sale area where they feel good. This wish has translated into a new layout and a warm atmosphere. To eliminate the stress linked to the queue, the pharmacy turned to ESII’s Weasy solution.
Installation
The visitor takes a Weasy connected ticket placed on a piece of furniture at the entrance of the pharmacy. He sees the number of people waiting before him. Equipped with the Weasy, he is free to browse the sales area to look at the products and to buy. When its turn comes, the Weasy vibrates, rings and indicates the counter where the customer should go.
