A sports initiative born from a shared discovery

It all started last year with a golf initiation session proposed by an ESII employee with a passion for the sport. It was a first introduction to the driving range, a few swings, and probably a few balls that decided to explore the landscape on their own.

For some employees, this initiation session did not remain a one-off activity. It sparked a real desire to take up golf, learn, improve, and share a new activity with colleagues.

Today, several ESII employees have taken the next step by joining a golf team. This initiative perfectly reflects the mindset we like to encourage at ESII: trying something new, discovering, stepping out of your comfort zone, and moving forward together. These are values that naturally fit within the company’s CSR commitments.
