Every year, we ask our clients to share how satisfied they are with our services. It’s a survey that matters to us: it helps us identify what’s working well and what can still be improved, at every stage of our relationship with our clients.

Une satisfaction globale confirmée
93 % of our clients say they are satisfied with their experience with ESII.
We’re proud of this figure: it reflects what our teams work toward every day. It confirms the effort put into every stage of the projects we deliver with our clients.

Expertise: a foundation of trust
Trust often starts with a simple question: will this company solve the problems I’m asking them to solve? On this point, the results are particularly encouraging:
- 97 % of our customers are satisfied with our ability to meet their needs.
- 91 % are satisfied with the advice and support provided ahead of the sale.
- 91 % are satisfied with the commissioning of their solution.
These three results reflect a level of support geared toward solving each customer’s specific problems, all the way through to commissioning.

Follow-up: a relationship that lasts
A customer project doesn’t end at commissioning. Teams still need training to get the most out of their solution as it evolves, and of course, there are times when after-sales support is needed.
- 96 % of our customers are satisfied with our training sessions.
- 89 % are satisfied with our After-Sales Service.
These two indicators go hand in hand: training gives our customers’ teams the autonomy they need to make the most of their tools, while our After-Sales Service ensures a responsive response whenever it’s needed. Together, they reflect our commitment to being a present partner, not just a solutions provider.

Other signs that matter
Beyond satisfaction scores, some indicators speak volumes about the relationship of trust we build with our clients:
- 68 % of new customers discover us through recommendations. This figure means a great deal to us: it’s the trust of our existing clients that allows us to welcome new ones.
- Our NPS (Net Promoter Score) = 36.84, an indicator that reflects how likely our clients are to recommend us.
