A new stage for ESII

In the heart of Madrid, Spain, sets change, voices rise, and works of art span the centuries. But at the Teatro Real, precision does not stop when the curtain rises: it also shapes the way visitors are welcomed.

This major Madrid cultural institution has chosen ESII and its Orion solution to welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate service desk, where their requests can be handled.

A visitor journey at the right tempo

At the Teatro Real, visitor services extend beyond access to performances. Subscribers, members of the Amigos program, and the general public can also meet with theater staff to obtain information or assistance related to a performance. This is where Orion comes in.

Before their visit, visitors can book an appointment and select a time slot that suits them. Once on site, a Keo kiosk completes the journey. Two video screens then display ticket calls and the information required to direct each visitor to the appropriate staff member.

The entire system is managed by Orion, which brings the different visitor journeys together within a single system and gives staff a clear overview of activity.

A carefully orchestrated welcome

Appointments, an interactive kiosk, and video displays: each element comes into play at the right moment, discreetly helping to create a smoother visitor experience.

In a venue where every performance relies on rhythm, precision, and coordination, the visitor experience is now just as carefully orchestrated.
