Context

As Halloween approaches, Scary House Hedehusene, a must-see haunted house in Denmark, is preparing to welcome many visitors for a spine-chilling experience. Faced with this flow, the organizers were looking for a solution to optimize visitor reception and management, improving the overall experience while avoiding long waiting lines. This is where ESII stepped in, providing its Orion Event solution to streamline the visits.

Solution

Orion Event, a SaaS solution for event management, has been deployed to organize visitor registrations. On each of the two opening days (October 31st and November 1st), visitors can register for their preferred time slot, limited to 42 people per slot.

“Our most recent annual event, Scary House Hedehusene, is a private, volunteer-driven project that exceeded all expectations in 2024, not least thanks to the ORION queue management system from ESII.
Our guests were very satisfied with both the booking process and the on-site check-in during the event days.
