ESII continues its international journey
ESII continues its international development with a new installation completed in the Netherlands by our partner The Led Wall.
This project concerns a Puma store, an international sports brand known for its footwear, apparel and accessories collections. In a retail environment, organizing the checkout flow plays a key role in the customer experience: waiting times must be clear and kept as short as possible, especially during peak periods.
Single-line with Nova
To support this store, the chosen solution was eZQ™, powered by Nova, ESII’s on-premises queue management solution.
The installation organizes the checkout area with a single-line queue, guiding customers to the available checkout counter through video screens. In total, 10 checkout counters are equipped with call buttons enabling staff to call the next customer.
A well-managed customer experience
With Nova, the Puma store benefits from a solution that is easy to deploy, simple to use and adapted to its needs. The waiting experience is clearly managed through screens that display a clear and reassuring message.
Single-line queue management at checkout has already proven its value:
- A more dynamic waiting experience that helps reduce perceived waiting time.
- Additional sales opportunities within the waiting area, thanks to shelves displaying complementary products.
- A more comfortable working environment for checkout staff, with less stress caused by long visible queues.
