With the installation of the Orion solution, the city hall has installed a complete tool:
- Appointment identification with Keo kiosk: appointments making with the Arpège solution and identified through an interface with Orion.
- Welcome walk-in users with the kiosk.
- Distribution of paper, SMS, or digital tickets.
- Call of ticket numbers via digital signage.
