ESII is compatible with Clic Santé in Canada

Clic Santé is an innovative digital solution, developed by Trimoz, in Canada that simplifies online appointment booking for medical services. Through this platform, patients can easily and quickly schedule online appointments with a wide range of health professionals.

ESII and Clic Santé have collaborated for the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital in Montreal, a member of the Integrated University Health and Social Services Center of East-Island-of-Montreal (CIUSSS). In October 2021, the hospital’s sampling center has installed the Orion queue management solution to better organize the resources of the reception service. Prior to this, the hospital had already adopted Clic Santé, the number one appointment solution in Canada.

It quickly became obvious that to optimize this installation, the Orion solution needed to interface with the Clic Santé platform. Since May 2023, the two solutions have become perfectly compatible!

Through APIs, Orion retrieves the daily appointments from Clic Santé every morning and afterward every 15 minutes. This allows the patient’s identification upon arrival using the Twana™ Ultimate kiosk.

By entering his phone number, the patient is recognized in Orion and placed in the queue for his journey throughout the sampling center. He is called to a counter for registration through call screens, then directed to another waiting area by an agent. A last call on a screen guides him to the sampling booth.

The integration of the queue management solution with Clic Santé enables all health professional to further optimize wait times and patient reception.

For the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, it organizes the reception process and improves efficiency throughout the patient’s journey. This ensures a seamless transition between the two solutions, ensuring great peace of mind when going to the sampling center.
