ESII Company Meeting: A Day of Sharing

This June, ESII held its annual Company Meeting at Lavérune, gathering team members from the offices and branches. It’s our yearly opportunity to assess the past year and look forward to what’s coming next.

Reviewing the Year and Looking Ahead

The first half of the day is always more focused, led by our Managing Directors. The agenda covered key metrics, highlight projects, the year’s key wins, and objectives for the year ahead.

The various sales teams also took part in a roundtable discussion, sharing their views on their respective markets.

Finally, the software and hardware R&D teams took the stage to present their concepts for the future of customer reception.

Team Building Activity Themed Around Fort Boyard

This year, the teams competed around a well-known theme: Fort Boyard. A series of mental and physical challenges helped decide the winners.

A Cocktail Reception to Keep the Conversation Going

And since life is not just about quotes, Excel spreadsheets, and 3D printing, the day continued with a cocktail reception. It was a friendly, more informal moment that gave everyone a chance to talk differently.

These are the moments that matter in the life of a company. They strengthen relationships, help people get to know each other better, and ultimately make it easier to understand one another.
