A simple solution for organized reception

In April 2026, the CPAS of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre equipped its reception area with a queue management solution. The installation meets a simple need for this CPAS, which operates with 2 counters: to organize visitor arrivals and improve service flow.

This project illustrates ESII’s ability to support all types of organizations, from large structures to smaller sites. Queue management is a useful service for visitors, whatever the size of the reception area. Here, the goal was to implement a solution adapted to the CPAS’s day-to-day operations, without adding complexity for staff or for the residents of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.

To organize reception at this CPAS, ESII installed a Keo™ kiosk allowing users to take a ticket when they arrive. Calls are then displayed on LCD Display screens.
