New reception module
The new version of the reception module we introduced in Orion 26.3 evolves.
Visit purpose selection
- The visit purpose combobox has been redesigned for easier selection.
- The dropdown menu is now taller, allowing you to view more purposes at once.
Actions on visitors on hold
- You can now call or receive a visitor from the list.
Other new features
Kiosk
- The information message is now displayed independently and before the ticket-taking animation, which allows:
– to avoid an immediate return to the home screen on Stela kiosks that do not have a ticket-taking detector,
– to give the visitor time to read the message, even if the ticket is taken quickly,
– to avoid displaying the printing animation for purposes not addressed by a ticket.
Administration
- Adding a permission related to user groups in permissions profiles.
This permission allows blocking the creation, modification, and deletion of a user group. It is conditional upon having the permission on the users.
Event without registration
- Visitors can choose the event from the calendar. It is marked “Free admission”.
Bug fixes and performances improvements
Analytics
- The percentage of visitors received on time is now correctly displayed in the location’s indicator.
Administration
- The location’s opening hours can be modified even for a purpose of visit with an “Everyone” visibility setting.
Kiosk
- Polish language is correctly displayed.
API
- Updating visitor information for an appointment via the API no longer results in the appointment being rescheduled.
