Summary

Purpose of visit: processing time depending on reception mode

Some purposes of visit may have different processing times depending on the reception channel used (on site, by video, by phone).

You must first activate this function in the “Features” tab of the “Organization” menu.
Then you set each duration in the “Reception” tab of each purpose. When this option is activated, it is taken into account:

  • in the calculation of the duration of the slots in the appointment making module;
  • in the calculation of the default duration of the appointment in the agenda

In addition, in the agenda, when creating a slot, the processing time is displayed next to each purpose of visit.

Purpose of visit: visitor journey defined before arrival

You can indicate whether a visitor with an appointment must go through a service BEFORE being able to be received for his appointment.
To do this, you must:

  1. Define one or more purpose of the “Journey” type in the administration module.
  2. Before the appointment (in the pre-processing phase), a user edits the appointment via the visits database or the agenda. If necessary, he can define a prior purpose by choosing from the “journey” type purposes.
  3. On the day of the appointment, if a prior purpose is defined, when he identify himself (on the kiosk, reception or via the smartphone) the visitor will be directed to this purpose before being able to be called for his appointment.

NB: information purposes are now also a type of purpose.
NB2: it is not possible to modify the type of a purpose once it has been created.

Ergonomics

  • Modification of the Orion edition components on the Agenda and Orion Survey

Internal email

  • Orion sends internal emails (connection, alerts, statistics report), even if the box “Do not send visitor emails by Orion” is checked

Automatic closing of interviews

  • Interviews are automatically closed and changed to “No-show” at midnight (location time), unless the site is operating 24/7

Bug fixes & performance improvements

Administration

  • Correction of the list of users in the administration module on Firefox
  • Keep the “Satisfaction surveys” option when ESII modifies the account information

Data

  • In the csv export of visits, corrections of errors in certain cases on the columns “date”, “time of 1st call”, “time of end of treatment”, “time of arrival”, “date of appointment”, “time of appointment”, and the column “Planned time” is renamed “Time of appointment”
  • Correct assignment of the field “Taken by” even when going through the appointment making module
  • Correction of the display of the pie chart of the purposes in the analytics module
  • Correction of the export of visits to the Orion BI module
    In the csv export of events, display of the code and the name of the location even if it is deleted (not retroactive, only users at the level “All sites” can see them)

Reception

  • Correct display of the type of ticket if SMS ticket from the reception module
  • Keep the disability status even if entered after other fields
  • Error correction if F5 is pressed during an interview with an appointment

Multi-reception

  • Add missing translations

Agenda

  • Correct sorting by date in the history

Events

  • Management if more than 10,000 registrants for an event
  • No longer bring up a topic for which there is no event scheduled

Appointment making

  • Do not choose the location if the configuration only allows telephone or video appointments
  • Keep customization when launching the video
  • Correct sorting of locations in the selection window with or without the “postal code” parameter
  • No blocking in case of an appointment purpose open 7 days a week

Kiosk

  • Modification of the texts of the kiosk buttons on the waiting time information screen
  • The disability indication button works in generic disability mode and without a home page

LCD POE

  • The display font is reduced during the call

Messages

  • Improved rendering of the button in the email that the visitor receives when a slot becomes available
  • Removal of the inopportune line break in the SMS signature
