TWANA™ on the Champs-Elysées!!!

FNAC’s Champs-Elysées store has just installed a TWANA™ kiosk to receive its customers. It also has set up the online appointment booking module eAppointment™, so visitors can directly book appointments for the After-Sales Department.
 
After booking an appointment, the customer is invited to identify himself/herself with a code on the TWANA™ kiosk located at the After-Sales Department entrance. If the customer did not book an appointment, he/she can directly select his/her visit purpose on the kiosk and then take a call ticket. Once identified, the customer can follow calls in real time on video screens, which also broadcast dynamic communication (opening hours, special offers, etc.).
 
 With this solution, customers are better received and they are given clearer information. With online appointment booking, visitors do not wait anymore and resources management is optimized.
