Lens City Hall Decreases Its Citizens’ Waiting Times

ESII won Lens City Hall’s invitation to tender related to its queue management to optimize the reception of its 32,000 inhabitants. 
 
eGestat™ queue management solution has been installed on the 20 agent workstations that receive visitors. When they arrive, citizens have two possibilities to be supported. They can go to the “reception counter” (the agent selects their visit purpose on the DISEO™ ticket dispenser and provides them with a call ticket) or go to the “counter area” where a TWANA™ Ultimate interactive kiosk is available in self-service. In both cases, visitors then go to the waiting area where a video screen broadcasts calls and digital signage.
