ESII equips Caisses Desjardins
First cooperative financial group in Canada, Caisses Desjardins once again trusted its ESII for three of its Québec’s branches installed with customer reception management. 
The advanced reception management software eSirius™ was selected. As soon as they arrive, customers are invited to check-in on the DISEO™ touchscreen dispenser. In the waiting area, a video screen broadcasts calls and digital signage (corporate information, new services, etc.). When it is their turn, customers are called at the available counter, which can be easily identified thanks to the LCD Displays™ installed above each workstation. Agents are equipped with an iPad on which the eClient call module is installed and fully customized. Thus, they can help customers to attend some services (for instance, automatic tellers).
With this modern and cutting-edge solution, Desjardins keeps on improving its service quality and serves its customers in optimal conditions.
