As a reminder, the available ticket types (paper, SMS, or digital) are configured at the reception workstation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Printing a ticket for informational purpose<br \/>\n<\/strong>The information ticket is printed when the visitor is directed or the interview is closed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New adjustments and optimizations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fields update during automatic calls<\/li>\n<li>Improved display of waiting times<\/li>\n<li>Correct display of visitor information for those who took a ticket at the kiosk<\/li>\n<li>Closing interviews on connected workstations when the location closes<\/li>\n<li>Display of custom fields in the list, event for same-day appointments<\/li>\n<li>Custom fields are retained after visitor information is modified<\/li>\n<li>Purposes of visit entered are retained after visitor information is modified<\/li>\n<li>The current page is retained after switching workstations<\/li>\n<li>Default phone prefix based on the location group<\/li>\n<li>Search limited to appointments for today<\/li>\n<li>No digital ticket issued for a second visitor direction<\/li>\n<li>Handling of multiple directions without closing the interview<\/li>\n<li>Refresh without changing the workstations status following the &#8220;F5&#8221; tab of the purpose of visit.<\/p>\n<p>A change to a purpose&#8217;s configuration propagates to existing future time slots.<br \/>\nNew configurations are added only if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>they are compatible with the group&#8217;s opening<\/li>\n<li>the purpose of visit is left without an active configuration, even though it was not &#8220;closed&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This prevents the unintentional opening of a purpose of visit without prior validation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appointment slot configuration<br \/>\n<\/strong>This configuration is set directly at the time slot level in the agenda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>API<br \/>\n<\/strong>The list of configurations for a purpose of visit can be retrieved via the &#8220;PurposeConfig&#8221; Reception workstations and select the printer and\/or display to link to the relevant workstation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identification by name and display of the &#8220;Name&#8221; field on the kiosk<br \/>\n<\/strong>Identifying an appointment by name is no longer dependent on the &#8220;Name&#8221;
