From now on, all configuration operations will be centralized in the Administration module, which becomes the single access point for settings. Workstations already logged in are displayed in red, as in the current version.<\/p>\n<p>It is also possible to access a workstation directly via a URL by adding the parameter : &amp;res=&lt;code du list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main screen displays the list of scheduled appointments, including the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appointment time<\/li>\n<li>Status icon indicating delay level and duration<\/li>\n<li>Reception mode<\/li>\n<li>Visitor identification information: last name, first name, ID number<\/li>\n<li>Purpose(s) for the appointment<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n<li>Custom fields<\/li>\n<li>User associated with the appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This list is displayed according to the new settings available in the Administration module.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions on scheduled appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following actions are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indicate the arrival of the appointment<\/li>\n<li>Receive the appointment<\/li>\n<li>Report no-show (if late = visitor did not show up; if no delay = canceled by the organization)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>List of visitors on hold<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The interface also displays a list of visitors currently waiting, with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Waiting time or a dedicated icon if the visitor is paused<\/li>\n<li>Reception mode<\/li>\n<li>Ticket type<\/li>\n<li>Ticket number<\/li>\n<li>Identification method<\/li>\n<li>Visitor identification information: last name, first name, ID (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Purpose(s) of visit to be processed<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n<li>Custom fields<\/li>\n<li>Requested user, when applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As with appointments, this screen<\/span><\/h4>\n                          <div class=\"ps-block__text\">\n            <p><b>Action buttons<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The new version of the module provides the following action buttons during the interview:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>End the call<\/li>\n<li>Call back<\/li>\n<li>Report a no-show<\/li>\n<li>Start a videoconference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purposes of visit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purposes are now presented in two separate sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing: groups the purposes that the workstation or user is authorized to manage.<\/li>\n<li>Direction: groups of purposes that fall outside the processing skills of the workstation or user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In each of these sections, the purposes are sorted according to the order defined in the Administration module. If no specific configuration has been defined, they are sorted alphabetically.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Served&#8221; box is automatically checked for purposes that fall within the workstation or user&#8217;s scope.
