This time is set in the location&#8217;s &#8220;Reception&#8221; tab. In this case, remember to set the direction message so that the visitor knows where to go to wait for the agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Main&#8221; priority taken into account when choosing between an appointment (R) and a walk-in visitor (S) in the calling rule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The &#8220;Main&#8221; call priorities are now taken into account in the call rule when choosing between a visitor with an appointment (R) and a walk-in visitor (S).<br \/>\nUntil now, the calling rule chose the first appointment to call (R) and the first walk-in to call (S), based on R and S&#8217;s respective waiting times and R&#8217;s appointment time.<br \/>\nTaking into account the &#8220;Main&#8221; call priority means that :<br \/>\n&#8211; if the workstation has &#8220;Main&#8221; priority on an R purpose of visit and not on S, then R will be called regardless of S&#8217;s waiting time.<br \/>\n&#8211; Conversely, if the workstation has &#8220;Main&#8221; priority on an S purpose of visit and not on R, then S will be called regardless of the R waiting time.<br \/>\nTherefore, if some of your workstations have &#8220;High&#8221; or &#8220;Low&#8221; priority on an appointment purpose and &#8220;Main&#8221; priority on a walk-in visitor purpose, then the call order will change.<br \/>\nIf you don&#8217;t want the call order to change, you&#8217;ll have to set the priority level for appointments and walk-in visitors to the same level, so that their respective waiting times will be taken into account to define the call order, as is currently the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Phygital kiosk<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sound adjustement possible on the kiosk in the hardware menu<\/li>\n<li>Send a single text message if several agent have the same telephone number (when a visitor reports his arrival on the kiosk)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose of visit<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Information&#8221;
