You will be able to use the identifier and call label separately for presentations.<\/p>\n<p>The description of the workstation is divided into 2 parts :<br \/>\n&#8211; A translatable &#8220;denomination&#8221; part that is configured in the &#8220;Administration&#8221; module,&#8221;Customization&#8221; menu, &#8220;Workstation denomination&#8221; tab.<br \/>\nFor example &#8220;Poste&#8221;,&#8221;Desk&#8221;,&#8221;Puesto&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; An &#8220;Identifier&#8221; part. For example &#8220;1&#8221;,&#8221;2&#8243;,..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The display for the visitor is the concatenation of the 2 in the language of the visitor, for example &#8220;Workstation A&#8221; or &#8220;Desk A&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe display is the same everywhere except on LEDDisplay and LCDDisplay in portrait layout where only the identifier is displayed.<\/p>\n<p>For existing accounts, the current label is in the &#8220;Identifier&#8221; field. If two resources have the same number of appointments to serve, the remaining appointments are randomly allocated.<\/p>\n<p>In the &#8220;Controls&#8221; tab of the &#8220;Appointment booking&#8221; menu, the setting appointment distribution allows you to choose between &#8220;first availability&#8221; (by default) or &#8220;Balanced distribution&#8221;.
